Winemaking at Beaufort starts in the vineyard, where we are in transition to organic certification. We strive for vine balance, healthy soil and microbiology, and optimal ripeness at harvest. We are dedicated to crafting excellent, small batch wines in our cool climate, and to sharing them with friends in our tasting room.rnrnBring a picnic and enjoy the views from the deck. The tasting room is open Friday to Sunday, noon until 5pm, from May until September. Open by appointment only at other times of the year.
