In the heart of Languedoc, on the La Clape hills, Narbonne regional nature park, Domaine des Bugadelles benefits of an exceptional eco-system near Mediterranean shore. Best organic Grenache & Syrah grapes grown on shale, clay and sandstone soils to be slowly cold vinified and then aged in oak barrels for more than a year.
Rich fruits aromas with smoked notes, round balanced palate, elegant and fine tannins, make it an ideal partner for grilled red meats and rich vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled at 16°C.

A 2014 Grenache and Syrah blend from La Clape in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France facing the Mediterranean. Organically grown and aged for over a year in oak. Prominent aromas of lavender, thyme, rosemary. Blackberry, plum, licorice, leather, black pepper. Alcohol and acidity blend together and fade into the background. Long finish of licorice and tingling pepper. Great representation of the region.
