Crama Ceptura vineyards in the heart of Dealu Mare vineyards rgn (14 more sun days than anywhere else in Romania), central Romania. This has perhaps inspired the legend of the Noble as the Stag. Tempted by the warmth of this area, the stag, the king of the forest, often descends to Crama Ceptura vineyards.
Aged for min 6m in French oak. The result is a complex black forest fruit aroma, vegetal, grassy & slightly astringent complex personality. Serve at 16°C, with red meat & game dishes, duck breast, pasta with tomato sauce, strong flavoured aged cheese or spiced vegetable salads.
