Can't add much to the descriptions provided by the pros, except to say that this is yet another example of how world-class chardonnay is being produced here in Ontario, and being marketed at a very reasonable and competitive price.
Medium-high intensity aromatics offers nicely focused, clean, gently oaked notes of apple, butter and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy, rounded mouthfeel and slightly sweet flavours of vanilla and caramel atop the ripe fruit. Long, juicy finish. Should have wide appeal. Tasted Mar/2017.
Lime, bready, bandaid on the nose. Flavours of citrus, honey and lime. Rich and flavourful.
