A fresh, light-medium bodied cab franc with herbal-tinged red fruits, low tannin and a relatively short-finish. The decent '15 vintage has helped keep the nasty vegetal side of this variety at bay. Straightforward red that is reasonably priced and better than most in Niagara at the price. Nice warm day sipper. Chill a bit before serving. Tasted June 2017.
