One of the most popular roses in Ontario, the 2016 shows off the ripe fruit of the very dry vintage in a cab franc, pinot and gamay blend. Red berry fruit with bright acidity and minerality. It's medium bodied with a nice balance to the structural elements (including the acidity and off-dry RS interplay). Very good length too. Nicely done. Tasted Oct. 2017.
Description: Red snapper in colour with a medium to medium+ intense nose. This wine features strawberry, raspberry, maraschino cherry, pomegranate, red currants, red apples and anise. Medium body and light tannin, good acidity and a long length.
