A bit less dense and structured than I expected from a Rasteau, but this is still a fine red from the Cotes du Rhone. Typical bright red and black fruits, with notes of pepper and herbs. Balanced with a good finish and all to easy to drink. More intended for nearer term consumption. Tasted May 2019.
