Great old world style chardonnay. Just as good as the 2012, and tasted within days of each other.
Tasted again july, mineral, hay, orchard fruit and a hint of butter form the oak, superbly balanced, great acidity. Burgundian style, but far better than almost anything at this price. You'd be hard pressed to find this sort of quality and 'authentic' or real terroir driven chardonnay at this price from...anywhere. This can easily pass for 30+$ chardonnay.
