It's only wine but I like it
A solid Roussillon here from Saint Roch. Black fruit supported by pepper, herbs and a hint of cured meats. Quite dry (just 4g of residual sugar), with good grip and fine length, especially for such a modestly priced bottle. Delish. Tasted Feb 2018.
