Underrated Cab from the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's foremost wine growing regions. Great aroma of dark fruit and herbs, on the palate the wine is full bodied and balanced with a real delicacy to it. Extremely good value will buy a few more in the future. Beats many Californian cabs twice the price.
Medium bodied, good value on sale.
A bit lean and herbal, much like some Niagara reds. Little cabernet character at all and a fairly abrupt finish. Reminds me why I ante up the extra few bucks for superior wines. ON sale for $11.95 and not worth a penny more than that. tasted May 2017.
