Quite full bodied. Round and berry-like flavour profile but very dry. A bit spicy with good acidity. Well done. Not a hot weather patio sipper - seems more substantial to me. Tastes like it has more alcohol than it actually does.
A very serviceable Rose just in time for the warmer weather. Red berry fruit is pronounced, as it should be, with a nice balance between RS and acidity. Perception of sweetness from the RS and the fruit pushes towards off dry, but the wine is essentially dry. Medium body, creamy and bright acidity with good length. Pair this with pork with fruit compote topping. Good value in an Ontario Rose. May 2018.
