As with every Nearly Assyrtiko I've had, this is a good quality wine. Single Its salty / mineral character is still present (Easily identifiable When tasted blind) but this one is infused with a Relatively heavy dose of oak, making less of an easy drinking "pass-through any" porch and food wine to One That shoulds be relegated to pairing with fatty fish and salty cheeses. It Would be interesting to taste this in a FEW years to see how the oak integrals.
