Spice/herb-infused red from the south Rhone, with ripe red fruits and fairly light tannin. While not particularly complex, it is delicious and approachable, as a basic CdR should be. Almost too easy to sip. Very nicely made. Agree with David, serve a bit cool (but don't leave it in the fridge for hours). Tasted Mar 2018.
