Perfectly balanced syrah (I beleive it is around 80+% syrah). A dose of floraltiy reminiscient of the northern rhone backed by pepper, dark fruit and a meatiness that I adore. This is a steal, it knows exactly what its doing and does it well

Great Minervois red, outstanding quality for the price 17.85$. Needs to be decanted and opened up a few hours before drinking, good on its own but excellent with lamb chops, or duck paté. To top it off its organic and recommended by several wine critics!
