Very tasty, juicy red wine.

Hints of pepper, spice, and herbs on the nose.

Taste is juicy fruits such as plums and cherry. The pepper notes follow in the taste.

Nice balance. Mellow tannins. nice and easy syrah blend to sip on.

This wine won a Gold Medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France 2008. This medium to full bodied, integrated wine has pronounced aromas of prune and slight notes of banana, strawberry, raspberry and cherry. It has undetectable tannins and has a medium finish. It would benefit from aging for several years. My impression: NOTHING SPECIAL. Tasted Jan/10.
