Hugely aromatic, though I can't seem to put my finger on the particular fruit (or fruit peel) that dominates the nose (similiar to the profile of the 2015 ciprea pecorino). To be vague, it is rife with tropical fruit and green notes, and supplemented with an overt presence of cracked white pepper. Really interesting wine.
