A savoury cool-climate Pinot Noir that's tightly wound with savoury aromas of dried herbs, wild strawberry, slight earthy notes.
On the palate, tart cherry, slightly unripe raspberry and a savoury backbone with good acidity.
Restrained on the fruit, I'd almost call this "austere", and I think it will further develop in a few more years. Nicely done.
Tasted April 2019.
