12.2009 very rustic, tannic. work for the flavor-needs swirling, ok for pasta, heavier than a usual dolcetto/beaujolais. very puckery somewhat sour but an interesting note in the aftertaste.
This light bodied Dolcetto has aromas of blackberry, black cherry and quite a bit Earthy. It is quite tannic and acidic (should be decanted for 2 hours). The finish is medium. My impression: DRINKABLE BUT WHY. Tasted Jan/10.
