This is a limited edition of the Trad traditional-method sparkling wine, blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with 36 months aging on the lees.

Nice aromas of yeast, Meyer lemon zest, green and golden delicious apple and white flowers.

On the palate, lime pops a high note amongst the apple; there's some lush Niagara stone fruit in there, as well - but checked by the great acidity. Persistent mousse with medium-fine bubbles.

Medium+ length. This is a wonderful Ontario sparkler.
