I've heard it's distilled using the Mozart technique! Loud Classical music is played while the juice is being distilled to make it softer!

Aged 6 months, walnut, vegetal, spices and agave on the nose

Taste: full, peppery, sea salt, oak, nutmeg, mild caramel.

Very smooth!
