Ripe blackberry and dark-skinned plum aromas, along with cocoa, vanilla, black-strap molasses, and baking spices, give a real impression of sweetness on the nose. The fresh, dark fruit takes over on the palate, and medium-high acidity and tannins balance things out nicely. Very good length.
