Appellation controlled red semi-sweet wine, produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli appellation of Kakheti region. Layered complex aroma, finishing with notes of dried cherry and blackberry. Velvet and dense taste is nicely harmonized with natural sweetness.
South facing bank of Alazani river, Kindzmarauli distinguished by exceptional terroir and alluvial black slate pebbles soil meters deep.
Serve at ~16⁰C. Can be served as an aperitif or with roasted meats and variety of Asian dishes. Makes a light dessert itself. Excellent companion to cherry pie and fruit jelly.
