Description: Medium gold in colour with a medium to low intense nose. This wine features light oak, lemon, pear, green and yellow apples, pink grapefruit, peach pit and a touch of butterscotch. Medium body with high acidity and a long length.

Negatives: Too much acidity and sourness

Drink now or in the next couple of years on its own or pair it with snapper grapefruit ceviche.
