2015 vintage tasted as a 2 year old bottle. An estate with a number of hidden gems overlooked by the SAQ and others. A sweet Chardonnay with an ice wine take without the sugar viscosity. I see this as a perfect accompaniment to foie gras or dessert wine.

Looking forward to traveling to Ontario to taste the new vintage.

I love the smooth, rich melon taste, but I have to agree it is not really worth the price. It is worth buying as a novelty but I will not stock up with this one.
