This Rosehall Riesling was off-dry but balanced with perfect acidity. The wine was very pale, and the aromatic profile consisted of fresh lime juice, ripe peaches and apple blossoms. The palate had mineral notes and clean citrus zing, and although off-dry in style, the wine finished without any lingering sweetness. I really loved this wine, and it is worth picking up a few bottles at the winery (not available at the LCBO). www.walnutsinthecellar.com

Elegant citrus, orange, melon and Flintstones vitamin aromas which replay nicely on the balanced, medium-dry palate. It's medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a lingering, minerally finish. Well done! Tasted Sept/2015.
