Finding this older example, bit of a challenge to review - while still holding its own somewhat, this is perhaps five years past its prime.
Golden yellow in colour, nose of overripe peaches, asparagus and lemon. Subdued.
Medium body and finish, with a slight bitter-almond nuttiness coming from over-aging...though not altogether unpleasant, the crisp fruit is replaced with a more Sherry-like flavour profile at the end now.
All in all, pleasantly surprised this lasted so long - an interesting reflection of its former youthful vigour.
Tasted March 2015 (5-8 years too late).
