Quintessential Deborah Paskus Chard. Rich and creamy but fruit and acid are pure. Notes of apple, pear, lemon, honey, nuts, butter, wax, mineral. The mouthfeel is voluptuous. Complex, balanced and outstanding length. A Paskus swansong for sure. Dec. 2015.
Highly aromatic nose of peach, pear, butter, and some smoky notes that replay very nicely on the balanced, medium+ bodied palate. There's a fine texture and slight creaminess on the palate. Acids are nicely balanced, while the finish length is excellent. Tasted Apr/2015.
