An excellent Blanc de Blanc from an environmentally-conscious producer. It's straightforward with fresh apple and floral notes, rounded out with vibrant citrus flavours and cheerful bubbles. I paired it with cod in beurre blanc, asparagus and fresh lemon. (Tasted February 2019).
