bold, full body, big nose, buttery texture
Excellent! Tasted Feb, 2011
From the general LCBO section, a nicely fruity Grenache of the 2008 vintage. This wine has a light body with strawberry and red currant notes. Tannins are subtle (no need for decanting) and the finish is medium. It has the potential to age for 2 or more years. My impression: VERY NICE, 86 pts - a recommended buy. For $9, this is an outstanding value - sometimes it is nice to drink a wine that is simple (lacking complexity) yet delightful. Tasted in Sept/10 during Spanish wine tasting, overall appreciated.

for the price you can't beat it. i bought a ton of this wine and just drank the last bottle. 3+yrs in the bottle and its smooth, fresh, and lots of fruit. i'd like to see you find a better value general list at the lcbo
Great for the price. licorice, lots of strawberry flavour. A bit sour at the start. Very aromatic.
Meh. Didn't get the fruit bomb at all. Earthy and sour at the start, long into licorice with some berries. Disappointing for me, but can't beat the price.
