The 2012 is a pretty light salmon pink colour. A shy nose, with some strawberry fruit playing peekaboo. Light to medium slightly creamy mouthfeel. Off dry to medium sweet. Mild to medium citrusy acidity and average to good length. A typical, approachable, widely appealling Cali white zin. Tasted April 2014.
