2013 shows astounding quality for Pinot in Niagara and this entry level devil proves it. Pinot loves shade, fog, and generally overcast weather - 2013 was exactly that. So while other Red Varietals suffer, Pinot prevails for once. This Pinot provides jammy Raspberry fruit with light earthy tones and some wet turkey gamey notes. The palate has a "cough syrup" feel to it. Really charming stuff especially for the price.
