My favorite Prosecco to date. As a fan of Italian sparkling wine, I intend to try all of them (and I'm doing a good job) but so far this one is my favorite. So light and refreshing, a slight pleasing sweetness and always a good time. No complaints about the price point too!

Light straw in colour with a good amount of mousse & medium intensity. Nose shows peach, pears, green apples, lime & minerality. Taste is dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ length, medium minus body & balanced. This Prosecco is drier than your average Prosecco & more complex. It taste like a lighter Cava. Notes on the palate are as the nose with the lime being more dominant in the back of the throat. Drink now on its own or pair it with a cheese & tomato omelet.

Tasted 28 Aug 11.

Pale straw with good foam. The nose is clean and pretty and includes nice melon and floral aromas. Palate is dry (Brut) and the body is light with good balance and a short finish. Would pair nicely with caviar, salty foods, Sunday brunch or in a Belini! Excellent QPR.

A Light, Light, mild, refreshing prosecco. Dry with a hint of sweetness. Apple and pear notes.

Good value, especially under April 1st, 2012, it's a $1 off at LCBO locations.

Not really recommended unless you need something to use as a martini mix.

An ample mousse balloons in the glass to subside quickly – revealing an ever-so-pale yellow glinting with a subtle pinkness whose moderately-sized bubbles rise in even columns. The nose is that of melted plastic and petrol with notes of marshmallow and Castor sugar. Medium-sweet on the palate, this sweetness is the only sensation other than the fizz.

If this vino is to be used to toast the instant of the occasion and drained by your already-half-wasted guests, perfect. If it is to accompany a food course, forget it.
