Highly aromatic and complex nose featuring seaweed, lemongrass, saline, and wild herbal notes. Palate is medium+ bodied and rich with very nice, complex aroma replays. Balanced acids and subtle spice notes with excellent length on the finish. Fermented using wild yeast, 85% of which was barrel-fermented in French oak. Blew my mind! Highly recommended.
