This wine has a nice pale lemon/gold colour with a pronounce nose of apple, lemon and citrus. Dry with a medium plus acidity and medium body. The taste on the palate is medium plus with app,e, lemon, citrus, honey and a savoury (thyme). The finish is medium plus. Enjoyable wine. Tried January 2015.
