Pale gold. A nose that needs coaxing. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Medium-minus acidity. Notes of pear, yellow apple, melon, some citrus and a touch of honey. Falls in between Italian Pinot Grigio and Alsatian Pinot Gris in style. Feb. 2015.
