Dark red berry fruit, orange blossom aroma, balanced natural acidity, silky texture. Pair with Med. roast meat, baked lasagna, aged cheese beside a winter fireplace! Serve at 15 - 17c. Lovely balance with food. 2nd bottle: much lighter, nose does not appear until 16c, still one of my favorites

Blackberries, mint, and chocolate on the nose. It has lots of fruit and firm tannin. This wine can age for at least another 2-3 years.

Wow, this is a wine of amazing density and flavour. Nothing is out of place. Fine ripe fruit, oak well in check, good backbone, and a very decent finish. Lovely stuff. And $13?? You have to be kidding me. Kudos to Steve and Sara for this great recommendation. Drink now or can hold a few years for sure. Tasted July 2014.
