This vintage presents with a very dark, appealing colour in the glass. The aroma is quite powerful with red fruit, earthy notes and a hint of sweetness which reminded me of tobacco and others at the table of chocolate. The mouth feel was moderately and pleasantly dry. A really nice wine.
