The 2011 Signorello Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, composed of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18.5% Cabernet Franc and rest being made up the Merlot that was sourced from Napa Valley and aged in French Oak for 18 months, has subtle notes of stems, oak, barnyard and red currant on the nose and smoked meat, pomegranate and red currant on the palate. It is a light to medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity wine; with good acidity, tight tannins and a medium finish. This is a food friendly wine; cellar for few years (evolution potential of +1) drink 2016 to 2019. My impression: NICE, 88 pts.
