Smooth, no longer sour at this date. Average complexity but tasty and good length. Well like by all at dinner (crowd pleasing)
Nov 2014. Good wine. Tasty. Enjoyed it.
Slightly hot, dried herb nose with a few strands of tobacco, with cedar pleasantly on the tongue and sourness on the length, yet a nice chalky mineral finish reminiscent of the west bank. Did I mention complex,? Nice job.

This deeply coloured Australian cabernet displays classic violet and black fruit aromas that lean toward black currant jam. Beneath the fruit, there is a slight medicinal note that is not unappealing, but hard to place. The oak treatment comes through as sweet spice and vanilla in this full bodied, well-structured and wonderfully smooth wine.
