The 2012 Stonier Reserve Chardonnay, sourced from the Mornington Peninsula, has appealing aromas of lemon, green apple, pineapple, acacia, butter, vanilla and oak. It is a light to medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity wine; with checked acidity and a medium finish. Drink with food, drink now and for the next few years. My impression: NICE, 87-88 pts.
