This is probably the nicest Cabernet Franc I have tasted from Ontario (not that I have tasted a great deal to this point...). The wine showed well developed fruit flavours, and had a well balanced mouth feel. There was also a hint of smokiness that would make this an excellent BBQ wine. The wine also did not show the over-green flavours that some of the other Cabernet Francs tasted at the same time did.
