Melon & citrus aromas from the cork. Medium+ floral aromatics, followed by beeswax and hazelnuts. It's medium-full bodied and complex with nutty, floral, ginger flavours, and a subtle sweetness. Lively acids. Some minerality on the dry, medium-length finish. Tasted Dec/2014.
