100% Chardonnay aged 24 months on its lees, this has a perfumed and lifted nose of spice, green apple, and pear. The medium-bodied palate is dry with a touch frothy mouthfeel and appealing biscuit, pastry, and toast flavours nuanced with lemon, pear, peach, and green apple. Tangy acids lead to a clean finish, with very good length. Tasted Nov. 2025.
