Brown spices on the nose, with apples and minerals on the palate with good acidity.

A perfumed floral nose with apple and pear notes, wax and honey. A viscous medium bodied mouthfeel. The palate picks up savoury. slightly bitter elements, with citrus-lime fruit profile. Nice acidity and very good length. A typically good Cave Spring Niagara Riesling. 87-88. Sept. 2014.
