This organic wine has lovely, elegant aromas of medium+ intensity showing red fruits, plum, milk chocolate and vanilla. Medium-bodied palate show both sweet and savoury notes of oak spice, raspberry, red fruits, freshly tilled earth and cocoa. Rush of acids on the mid-palate give way to a long, savoury finish. Nicely balanced overall and quite food-friendly. Drink now until 2024. Tasted Oct/2014.

Dark purple ruby. Emiliana is an organic producer and that natural approach manifests itself in quality on a regular basis, including this red blend. Plum, black cherry, herbal notes, pepper, and chocolate. Sandy, ripe tannins, medium plus acidity, full bodied and lengthy. Oak is very present but integrated. Nice effort. June 2015.

Really well made, lots of colour little sediment. Fruit hanging in there.
