Review is for 2015 vintage: OK red blend from Quebec, the wine is decent with average complexity, with aromas ofred cherries and fruit . This wine is aged in oak, so vanilla is apparent both in the aroma and on the palate, the oak is well integrated. A bit of tart bitterness on finish, the finish length is good. Nothing special here but easy to drink, in my opinion hybrid red grapes are not ideal. Quebec red wines cannot compete against noble grape varieties. Once Quebec starts producing noble varieties its red wines will become competitive on the world stage. Until then they are just average.
