The wine opens with a cool nose of riverbed stones, daikon, celery and seasoning salt, making one salivate for a crunchy Mediterranean salad, or at least a pool with a view. The palate is tangy with round, but firm acids, flavoured with refrigerated lemon juice and kimchi. The new packaging here, or at least new to me, is a welcome upgrade from days of old.
