The 2012 San Pedro 35° South Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot has appealing aromas of earthy dark red fruit. It is a medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity wine; unbalanced with somewhat lacking acidity, pronounced tannins and a medium finish. Drink with food; 2015 to 2018 (screw cap enclosure). My impression: NOTHING SPECIAL, 86-87 pts. Tasted at Wines of Chile 2013 tasting in October/13 - http://grapeselections.com/wines-of-chile-2013/
