Nice Sauvignon, not too grassy, ​​a little anyway. But plenty of fruit is evident, lemon, grapefruit, of course, melon and ginger. A mineral aspect that I would describe as an aroma of coal and just enough acidity give the wine must seriously needed to get it going well at the table. Nice.
