We've moved from loving Prosecco to loving Cava, and this one does not disappoint! Excellent for fun get-togethers.
This certainly punches above it's price point. A lovely and lively Cava that distinguishes itself with green apple and pear, with a micro bubble finish that suprises the palate. Excellent with cheese and fruit.
Impressive at this price point. A great substitute for Champagne.
Screaming green apple on the nose with some butteriness. Crisp acidity with lots of fruit make this a great quaffer.
Great value
Cava is made in the same traditional method as Champagne This is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes grown in the Penedès region of Spain.
Nose of lemon, white peach, some light bread, applesauce.
Flavours of apple, ripe pear; nice acid. Creamy mouthfeel with a persistent and long-lasting mousse.
Astounding value for the quality, even without the frequent LTOs in Ontario.
Perfect substitute for Champagne at a fraction of the price. Tasted April 2013.

Fine persistent bubbles in this bright refreshing Cava. Apple, pear, peach, citrus and butter notes. More fruity than yeasty. Doesn't have great depth but nicely balanced and decent length. Excellent value. This sparkler is versatile as an aperitif or a table mate for lighter fare. March 2016.
A little over priced, but good for everyday drinking. A little too sweet, but nice finish. Yeast is not as predominate as the LCBO is saying.
Well played with a spicy curry
Decent Cava not the most memorable but affordable and enjoyable would not pay over 15$ though.
Zesty nose of white grapefruit, toasted nuts, and a hint of bread. Palate is quite dry with vibrant acidity and creamy mousse. Citrusy essences, pith, and a finish with some bitter almond. Long length. Great value. Mar 2011.
A fine, frothy mousse with appetizing brioche, mushroom, mineral, green apple and lime in the glass; a great party starter
Dry, rich, medium bodied. Hint of Roast nuts. Nice finish.
